Step 1:
Please go to the following link:
https://portal.rational-online.com/irj/portal/anonymous/forgottenpassword

Step 2:
Enter your e-mail address and click "Send"

Step 3:
a) Your e-mail address will be verified.
b) Then you automatically get a message with a new temporarily valid password sent to this e-mail address
c) If your e-mail address is not known, please use the registration function on the homepage. For details see "Login for new business partners".

Step 4:
Go to: https://portal.rational-online.com

Login:	Your e-mail address
Password:	You will find this in your e-mail message

Step 5:
Please change your password under "Personal Settings"
